City Name: Lynn
Human Name: Moll Dagyr Whiting
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Personality: Self-assured, she's very proud of her past, when she was world-reknown, but which others tend to ignore entirely. Moll is extremely hotheaded and will pop you one if you dared to insult her, no matter how much bad luck she's run into recently. Don't get her drunk, or else you're hoping she'll make bad decisions. She's very liberal in terms of politics. She also believes very deeply in the occult.
Appearance: Long, unkept, dark hair held back by her bandana. Wears a shoemaker's leather apron over her jeans and T-shirt. As someone talented in her profession, she wears the shoes of her own creativity, in various styles. She's usually flushed in the face either from working incrediably hard or argueing passionately with someone.
History: Moll Whiting (Lynn-Tan) was born with the care of Native American royalty, who once reigned here from Sagamore Hill. She was originally named Sauguset, however, just after a few years after the English began settling in this area, they changed her name to Lynn, after the mysterious King's Lynn. For many decades, the pair shared a special relationship. Unforunately, with the weathering of time, Moll now barely has any memory of it.
Moll made her living by crafting and selling high-quality shoes which, over the years, this talent grew and grew. It became a major industry, one that made Moll respectiable and recognizeable by the world.
Around the peak of the shoe industry, she found time to try working in a new field: the innovations of the General Electric company, which originates from here.
During World War Two, she overzealously supported America with men, supplies, and support from the homefront! By presidential decree, Lynn was the 16th most significant city in the country.
However, always preoccupied with the war effort and the GE, Moll neglected the duties of the shoe industry, and soon the factories started to fail. By the time she noticed this sombering fact, the making of shoes was well on its way out.
Poor Moll was beginning to fall out of favor. Not too long, and she was struggling to combat against criminal violence, gangs, and drugs. Her own siblings now looked down upon her with distain.
While Moll is still trying to overcome the obstacles, her situation has improved dramatically over the past two decades....She hopes to become world-reknown again someday.
